Quality Safety Services Policy for Courses |

| All regular courses listed are priced for one participant. | |
| Group discounts are available for classes of 10 or more. | |
|
Registration and pre-payment are required for attendance at scheduled courses held in San Antonio, Texas unless other arrangements have been approved in advance by QSSI. |

| Refund Policy for Individuals Registered for a Course. | |
| Notification within 10 working days or more of the date of the course: Full refund less $35.00 processing fee. | |
| Notification within 5-9 working days of the date of the course: 50% refund. | |
| Notification 4 working days or less of the date of the course: No refund, however automatically enrolled in the next available (same) course. | |
| A "no show" can re-register for the next scheduled class at no additional charge if payment has already been made. Otherwise, pre-payment required to re-register. | |

QSSI training facilities are located in the Centerview Crossing (Formerly the Koger Center) near Ingram and Crossroads Malls and the Medical Center. |

| On-site Safety Class Service is also available. | |
| The cost for courses listed on the website does not include out-of-town travel and instructor expenses. | |
