2-Day DOT Hazardous Materials Workshop *5172.03* Designed for individuals who must comply with DOT regulations for transporting hazardous materials. The workshop covers the Hazardous Materials tables, shipping papers, marking, labeling, placarding, and packaging requirements. Participants receive a current copy of 49 CFR parts 100-178, and supplemental material. The workshop includes extensive work with parts 107-178. The workshop includes the DOT Security Requirements (HM-232) and the new Incident Reporting Requirements and the Hazardous Materials Incident Report Form (HM-229). Upon completion, participants receive a QSSI Certificate of Completion, and a laminated training certification card.
