2-Day Terrorist Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) Awareness and Decontamination Workshop *5000.02* Designed for personnel who must assist and treat victims of a terrorist attack involving weapons of mass destruction. The workshop will cover: chemical and biological agents, radioactive materials, and hands-on use of individual detection devices, personal protective equipment, and the principles of decontamination. The workshop includes a hands-on exercise in setting up decontamination stations for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory victims. Each student will receive a manual that contains complete lesson plans and other pertinent information. Upon completion, a QSSI Certificate of Completion and a laminated certification of training card will be issued.
